We are looking for an Ecosystem Lead – Rare Syndromes (District Manager)  who is strategic, collaborative, and patient-focused to join us in our Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes US team, working remotely across the Mid-Altantic Region which includes: North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennesse, West Virgina, Virgina and Washington D.C. 

About the role

You will lead a regional commercial field team of six Key Account Managers (KAM) who will focus on improving outcomes for patients with rare syndromes. You will be responsible for driving performance, expanding patient access, and delivering and exceeding on regional business objectives. This role combines leadership, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure patients receive the care and therapies they need.
