The Role

• Founding ECVC Attorney position - playing a vital role in the success of the company.
• Serve as a founding attorney and strategic business builder
• Own direct founder and startup client relationships
• Lead sophisticated venture financings from inception to close
• Help build the legal infrastructure of a category-defining startup
• Collaborate directly with product and engineering teams
• Support engineers in building scalable legal workflows through AI and automation
