Job Description
The Concessions Lead provides quality leadership and direction, to ensure exceptional customer service by providing positive, friendly and professional customer service. This position assists the facilities supervisor in the training, placement and supervision of Concessions Attendants.
Essential Functions:
Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required. Effectively supervises assigned employees through planning, organizing and prioritizing work assignments Ensures the daily evaluation of employee preparation and readiness to begin work (i.e., proper uniform, appearance, attitude and equipment. Assists in screening, interviewing and selecting individuals for admissions/concessions positions. Schedules cashier employees.
