Introduction

We are seeking a skilled developer with experience in EDI development, mapping, and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of EDI standards and transaction sets and will work on maintaining and developing EDI maps, transactions, and integrations. This is a 12-month role with a leading financial institution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in EDI development, mapping, and support
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and transaction sets (e.g., 820, 824, 997, 827, 821)
• Experience with EDI mapping tools (e.g., ITX, Gentran, Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, BizTalk, or similar)
• Familiarity with EDI communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP, VAN)
