Description
We are looking for an experienced attorney to support ongoing document review and case-related analysis on an ongoing contract basis. This position is ideal for a legal specialist who can assess large volumes of materials efficiently while maintaining accuracy and sound judgment. On-site capability to Oakland, CA for collaboration is helpful, but not required.


Responsibilities:

+ Review and evaluate documents for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and key legal issues tied to active matters.

+ Apply consistent coding decisions within the document review software (Logikcull experience a plus) and maintain accuracy across high-volume review workflows.

+ Conduct legal research to clarify issues arising during review and support matter-specific analysis.

+ Identify and escalate sensitive, potentially privileged, or high-impact documents to the appropriate legal leads.
