**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

Responsible for the evaluation, development and coordination of educational activities for the assigned clinical area. Develop, monitor staff and evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities to ensure quality care for patients.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

RN with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. 4 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and at least 1 year experience in education/staff development.

**SPECIFIC JOB RELATED DUTIES:**

+ Serves as an educational resource for the assigned clinical area by assessing, planning, developing and implementing educational activities appropriate for the assigned clinical area.
