Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for supporting Beam Schools with all Talent Acquisition and Recruitment activities, hiring the best available talent on the basis of approved Manpower Plans efficiently using all the recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking ownership and full execution of the recruitment process (Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing, Offering and supporting onboarding/mobilization).
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders and act as a business partner to understand their needs and meet expectations.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding.
• Conduct reference checks for candidates and ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
