Job Description
Day-to-Day:
ββ’ Lead Education & Training operations; manage managers, instructors, and support staff
ββ’ Ensure compliance with Job Corps, DOL, Eckerd Connects, and Quality Assurance standards
ββ’ Track outcomes (OMS), review reports, and maintain audit-ready documentation
ββ’ Partner with Center Director on strategy, performance, and compliance
ββ’ Hire, train, evaluate, and develop Education & Training staff
ββ’ Oversee student performance, case notes, accommodations, and evaluations
ββ’ Analyze labor market data and support job placement, WBL, and employer partnerships
ββ’ Coordinate job fairs, career events, and workforce councils
ββ’ Monitor classrooms, training environments, budgets, and learning platforms
