Educational Assistant and Examinations Officer

Think Ahead Education is seeking a detail-oriented Educational Assistant and Examinations Officer to join the Private Candidate Team at Think Ahead Academy.

The role combines two core areas of responsibility: academic and operational support under the supervision of the Educational Lead and Headteacher, and coordination of examination processes for our Private Candidates and external students.

As Educational Assistant , the selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the academic and administrative consistency of our programmes by:

• Assisting with student onboardings, ensuring smooth integration into the Academy’s systems and study plan.
• Supporting teacher onboardings.
• Managing and supervising Canvas course set‑up, resources, and student access.
• Setting up and helping manage WhatsApp communication groups for teachers, students, and clients.
