**Primary Purpose**

We are seeking an **Education Design Strategist** to help shape innovative workforce education solutions that connect educational providers with the evolving needs of employers and learners. In this role you will develop and deliver education solutions that connect workforce needs with learning opportunities. This role supports products such as career pathways, provider networks, and customized education offerings by leveraging workforce trends, skills data, credentials, and educational program insights.

The position conducts qualitative research, including stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and discovery sessions, to identify opportunities and generate actionable recommendations. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, the strategist translates research findings into scalable education solutions that support workforce development goals.
