Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:

The Banca Educator is responsible in delivering learning and development programs effectively – from analyzing training needs, designing and developing learning materials, to implementing and evaluating program effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conduct of New Hire Training (NHT) with a clear target of 100% graduation rate based on NHT exams and accreditation

· Organize internal client consultations to identify learning programs that will support the business

· Conduct curriculum review with Banca Training Lead and the whole training team

· Design learning materials to support product launches and system updates aligned with the approved training curriculum based on the result of the learner needs analysis
