Job Description (Role):

The Head of Sales is a leadership position with full responsibility for revenue generation, P&L accountability, and driving the company's growth. This individual will play an integral role in developing new business, managing a small but dynamic team, and driving sales results. A core focus of this role will be driving mutual fund distribution, significantly growing the network of sub-brokers, and actively contributing to the sale of diverse asset classes.
