Job Description:
Job Purpose
To enable optimization of resource (assets/labor/expenses) in his/her assigned value stream by establishing current performance, identifying opportunities, leading the assessment of efficiency and de bottlenecking projects, developing improvements and assisting with their implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Capacity & Resources management
Initiates, conducts, and co-ordinates studies and analyses to identify and quantify process and product quality / capacity constraints, bottlenecks and opportunities. The jobholder will recommend ideal way forward.The jobholder is the responsible to highlight and recommend ways of balancing utilization across the value stream.
