EHCP Compliance Lead – Ref: 2526/177 | Hours: 37 hours per week | Salary: £33,643 to £36,938 per annum. Plus generous benefits.

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination of EHCP processes within the Learning Support team. Plan, coordinate, chair, and administer annual reviews of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Work closely with Learning Support Specialists and Practitioners, as well as curriculum and support staff, to gather and collate information regarding students' special educational needs, progress and specialist provision.

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of supporting people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Excellent administration and organisational skills, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, strong communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a large and busy team.
