The EHS Compliance Specialist is responsible for implementing industrial safety, hygiene, and environmental programs necessary to prevent or correct unsafe working conditions. Proposes measures to prevent unsafe conditions, environmental protection to comply with the requirements of the applicable Mexican regulations and legislation, as well as the internal policies and procedures in both buildings of the Company. This position will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor legal provisions by supporting case management, document control, and monitoring of legal processes. It contributes to the prevention of labor contingencies and to compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
