Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

+ Provide strategic direction, tools, and guidance to ensure consistent implementation of EHS programs and standards

+ Champion a proactive, prevention-focused safety culture across all levels of the organization

+ Partner with operations and leadership to embed EHS best practices into daily business activities. (Fulfillment Managers and Supervisors to remain accountable for outcomes)

+ Coordinate and document annual company and branch EHS goals

+ Lead corporate safety committee monthly review meetings

+ Operational lead interface with safety partners in conjunction with shop floor employees plus Operations Team

+ Advise appropriate leadership on corrective action & disciplinary measures with employees or locations who fail to comply with expected safety standards

+ Present key metrics/KPIs at daily Gemba team meetings
