The Safety Manager drives a proactive safety culture by owning both the strategic oversight and the hands-on, day-to-day execution of safety programs across the fulfillment center. This role doesn’t just manage from a desk — it is a floor-level presence that conducts walk-throughs, leads incident investigations, delivers training, and ensures compliance is lived, not just documented.
