Job Summary

The Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the company’s EHS policies, management systems and compliance processes across both development projects and operational building portfolio . The role also oversees the fire safety management framework for operational assets, including fire certificate compliance and fire safety organization requirements.

The successful candidate will act as the company’s subject matter lead for EHS governance, supporting project development and property management teams, comply with applicable local legal requirements and internal standards.
