We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Officer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of health, safety, and wellbeing standards across engineering and project environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and supporting operational teams in achieving the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures. Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions. Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
