Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Support the Safety Officer in conducting incident investigations and recommending corrective actions 
Assist in facilities maintenance coordination and KPI reporting 
Administer and support safety planning and implementation 
Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks on site activities 
Perform duties related to Fire Safety Management 
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act and related regulations 
Oversee enforcement of in-house safety rules and procedures 
Maintain proper documentation of safety records, incident reports, and statistics 
Coordinate renewal and validation of EHS-related licenses and mandatory certifications 
Liaise with internal stakeholders (Project Owners, HODs, Supervisors, HR) on safety matters 
Work with relevant authorities (e.g., NEA, PUB, MOM) on WSHE matters
