Position: EH&S Principal Specialist – Raytheon Emirates Limited, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Role type: Onsite. Reports to the International & Small Sites Regional Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EH&S functions supporting a rapidly expanding manufacturing environment.
• Lead development and implementation of the site-wide EHS management system for the new manufacturing operation.
• Establish EHS program, SOPs, procedures, standards, and performance metrics aligned with RTX EHS policies, UAE regulatory, TIP HSE requirements, and best international practices.
• Develop manufacturing and logistics employees’ safety culture to ensure compliance with applicable international, UAE‑specific, Tawazun, local and company EH&S requirements.
• Partner with business‑critical stakeholders, including Customer representatives, RTX & Raytheon Engineering, EH&S and Administrative functions through formal and ad‑hoc processes.
