Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.

• Professional certifications in ESH (e.g., CSP, CIH, PSM) are a plus.
• A strong background with Mexican state & federal environmental regulations for chemical manufacturing, distribution and storage industries.
• Familiarity with a chemical manufacturing environment in Mexico.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican environmental, safety, health, and quality regulations.
• Knowledge of PSM principles, hazard analysis methodologies.
• 3-5 years of experience in ESHQ management, with a focus on chemical manufacturing.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
