The Role

The Facilities, EHS & Infrastructure Manager will provide leadership and coordination across Facilities, EHS, Security and Infrastructure activities, ensuring CRFS has the environment, systems and support structures required to support a growing technology and manufacturing business.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work through a combination of leadership, project management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the business remains safe, secure, compliant and equipped for future growth.

A key priority during the first phase of the role will be leading the preparation and operational integration of CRFS' new 24,000 sq ft facility, establishing the infrastructure, processes and
governance required to support continued expansion.
