About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist to support and drive a Safety-First culture across our site. Reporting to the EHS Manager, the successful candidate will partner closely with functional teams and site leadership to ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, environmental, and fire safety requirements while continuously improving EHS performance.
Key Responsibilities - Champion safety culture by promoting EHS awareness and best practices across the organization.
- Partner with employees and management teams to identify, address, and resolve workplace safety concerns.
- Conduct incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
