The Role at a Glance

The Infrastructure and Safety Training Institute (ITSI) Program Director serves as a key member of the Division’s senior leadership team. Responsible for working with the assigned operational program’s leadership staff to ensure all aspects of its operations are reliable, consistent, are aligned with division and Agency’s strategic plan, and follow all applicable laws and requirements. Oversees the development strategies for the division, assists in maintaining current business relationships while also acquiring new business opportunities, and performs cost analysis to ensure projects are within specified funding parameters.
