- Support the team on the development of Problem-Solving projects and Action Plans

**Qualification / Requirements**
- Student of industrial engineering, mechanical administration engineering or related fields.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish.
- English skills: must be able to maintain a simple conversation in English.
- Presentation skills: ability to communicate with Senior Leadership.
- Demonstrated ability in managing own projects.
- Effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Proven analytical and organizational abilities.
