Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with hotel and travel reservations
- Prepare quotes and confirm bookings
- Process online payments and reservation transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage customer interactions through CRM platforms
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel agencies, reservations, or tourism
- Customer service or call center experience
- CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
