• Support the creation of our online training and help documentation, for multiple audiences (customers, partners, employees), for eLearning (e.g. script writing, and/or translating, learning content creation) and Help Documentation (documentation writing, editing, content creation) and updating.
• Take complex, technical content and simplify it for the user – write simple explanations and clear instructions, and create an intuitive structure.
