Shape the future of eLearning systems at your college as an eLearning System Administrator & Specialist. Deliver technical support, conduct training, and implement platforms to transform educational technology.
This role focuses on managing e-learning systems, including LMS and automation solutions. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues, support staff and faculty in course lifecycles, and evaluate new technologies for integration. Effective communication and problem-solving will be crucial in enhancing user support.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Administer e-learning platforms including Pebblepad and Rise
β’ Respond to support inquiries and resolve course issues
β’ Communicate system updates and status effectively
β’ Coordinate system upgrades and testing with IT and vendors
β’ Research and develop effective training documentation and resources
Requirements:
β’ Two-year college diploma in Computer Systems or related
