**Key Responsibilities**
Lead daily maintenance planning and coordination with operations
Prioritize and schedule corrective and preventative maintenance
Supervise and support E&I technicians (4u20135 team members)
Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues in real time
Build daily/weekly work schedules and monitor progress
Conduct field checks to ensure job readiness and safety
Coordinate with procurement on parts and vendor requirements
Use HMIs and control systems to monitor plant performance
