**Electrical Assembler**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Assemble wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and related electrical components following blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
+ Cut and prepare wires to specified lengths, working with wire sizes ranging from 2 AWG to 22 AWG.
+ Crimp, pin, and terminate wires using appropriate hand tools, connectors, and terminals.
+ Build complete harnesses and cable assemblies by connecting terminals, connectors, and electrical components.
+ Perform soldering on electrical and electronic components as required.
+ Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate production.
+ Assemble and support production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
+ Utilize hand tools and production equipment to complete electrical and mechanical assembly tasks.
