General Purpose

Reporting to the Manager, Electrical Design in the Campus Planning, Design and Development Department, the Electrical Designer will prepare electrical designs and specifications from concept through to finalized plans for new and renovation projects and work orders.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare electrical designs and specifications using AutoCAD in accordance with engineering design standards, applicable codes, and the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
