Key Responsibilities

Develop electrical designs and layouts for commercial and residential developments, including power distribution, lighting and lighting control systems, and life safety systems.
Carry out independent site surveys to assess existing installations, collect technical information, and produce detailed reports, schematics, and practical recommendations.
Demonstrate experience in the design of lighting, CCTV, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems.
Confidently present technical proposals and reports to clients in a clear and accessible manner, while coordinating effectively with developers, architects, contractors, and design teams.
Produce accurate schematic and layout drawings using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or equivalent software throughout all stages of the Plan of Work.
