Job Description
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting the specification, design, implementation, installation, commissioning, startup, and close‑out of small‑ to large‑scale capital and major maintenance projects within a manufacturing environment. This role operates both independently and in collaboration with Central Engineering resources and provides hands‑on technical expertise to plant‑level Maintenance, Production/Operations, EH&S, and Management teams. The position requires a strong working knowledge of plant power distribution systems, PLC‑based control systems, and industrial machinery, with a practical application of both electrical and mechanical engineering principles. This is a plant‑focused, hands‑on engineering role with significant time spent on the production floor.
