**Summary**

Provide electrical engineering expertise and direction for equipment and control systems, utilized in the Utility generation and transmission of electric power (high-medium-low voltage power, metering, control, security and fire alarm) ; and/or Customer utilization electrical systems (medium-low voltage power, control and fire alarm).

Develop solutions for electrical power and control systems in generation, transmission, substation, planning, metering or Customer utilization sites as assigned. Ensures that standards of quality, economics, safety, reliability, maintainability, timeliness and performance are met throughout all engineering activities.

The temporary reporting location will be the Byron Switchyard at 6959 Batavia–Byron Rd, Byron, NY 14422. The permanent reporting location will transition to 856 Route 441, Macedon, NY 14502 in 2027.
