Execute planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and industry best practices SFG 20, BS7671, EAWR.
Respond promptly to critical safety observations to minimize downtime.
Conduct electrical test and inspection services in accordance with CBRE Electrical Safety Rules, EAWR 1989 and Guidance Note 3.
Ensure all work is carried out in strict adherence to relevant electrical regulations, including BS th Edition IET Wiring Regulations and United Utilities' specific electrical requirements such as those related to surge protection and hazardous area classifications where applicable.
