**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Electrical** **Engineer** to join our team working in **Lakehurst, NJ.** This is an **onsite** position.

This role supports critical naval aviation infrastructure by driving the design, development, testing, and lifecycle support of advanced aircraft launch and recovery equipment (EMALS/AAG). You will help ensure high-efficiency aircraft launches and recoveries while delivering vital technical engineering solutions to modern naval aircraft carriers.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Partner with cross-functional engineering groups to design, evaluate, and troubleshoot advanced electrical components and systems for EMALS/AAG.
