Position Summary

Hazen is currently seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Electrical Engineer for a full‑time role in our Calgary office.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical engineering and design for water and wastewater facility projects, serving as lead electrical engineer when required.
• Supervise less experienced staff on a project.
• Coordinate with engineers of other disciplines.
• Conduct field inspections of completed installations.
• Conduct field visits for condition assessments and/or design information gathering.
• Engage in business development activities such as proposal preparation and fee/scope development.
• Assume the role of Project Manager for selected electrical projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in industrial electrical engineering and design.
