**Job Description**
BAE Systems is hiring an Electrical Engineering Manager for our Maple Grove, MN facility. The Electrical Engineering Manager is a functional manager and budget owner who will lead our electrical engineering capability supporting long-range weapon programs, including labs, people, processes, and infrastructure. We operate on a 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off) and utilize a hybrid approach that balances on-site collaboration and onboarding support with the flexibility of remote work.

The Electrical Engineering Section Manager will:

+ Develop and implement a practical and affordable approach to incrementally modernizing lethality systems including primary and secondary armament, fire control systems, and ammunition handling systems including electrical component baselines across gun platforms.
