Job Description
The Quality Engineer Lead oversees quality engineering activities, daily quality control operations, and compliance for all PCB, PCBA, cables and electrical box manufacturing processes. This role ensures product integrity, drives continuous improvement, manages QC staff and inspection equipment, and serves as the first point of contact for all RMA/customer-return issues. The Quality Engineer Lead collaborates closely with Engineering, Production, and Customers to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain industry-standard compliance.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Lead and mentor the Quality Control (QC) team, including inspectors, AOI operators, and incoming/outgoing quality technicians.
Schedule and oversee daily QC workload, priorities, and resource planning.
