The ideal candidate will prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, interpret electrical drawings, and collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects. This role plays a critical part in preconstruction efforts, helping to define project scope, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure accurate budgeting for complex electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive electrical estimates for commercial and industrial projects, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and control systems.

• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to accurately determine materials, labor, and project requirements.

• Perform takeoffs using digital and manual methods to quantify electrical work.
