Position Overview

Jobs Description
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and equipment.
  • Plan and schedule site activities to ensure smooth and timely progress.
  • Supervise and coordinate site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and manage site workers and subcontractors effectively.
  • Monitor work progress according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
  • Liaise with architects, main contractors, subcontractors, and consultants for project coordination.
  • Attend site meetings, briefings, and inspections.
  • Respond promptly to urgent or emergency situations at site.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation such as progress reports, testing and inspection records.
  • Prepare material requisitions and check deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase orders.
