Review Contractor’s Electrical quality assurance and quality control programs, inspection and test plans, installa tion and testing for all electrical systems (LV , ELV, FA etc ) .
Interface with clients and contractor’s staff to determine and verify project requirements .
Carry out regular inspection to ensure work carried out is in accordance to approved submittals.
Prepare and review inspection reports and site records.
Review Contractors’ monthly payment certificates.
Check that delivered material is in line with approved material submittal and specification .
Carry out routine site visits to ensure contractors approach to work is in line with program.
Ensure that the Contractor is using thelatestrevision of approved drawings and technical submittals .
