**Job Description**

The Electrical Maintenance Lead oversees all electrical commissioning and ongoing maintenance activities for a large, state-of-the-art industrial facility. This role leads startup and testing of high-voltage equipment and large motors, supports PLC and control system commissioning, and then transitions into building and managing a high-performing electrical maintenance team. The position owns the reliability and uptime of all electrical systems, drives preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and partners closely with operations to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

**Essential Skills**

+ Journeyman or Master Electrician license, or an equivalent electrical qualification.
