Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Position Overview

Shaw Industries is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to supervise approximately 8 hourly Maintenance associates. The Maintenance Electrical Supervisor handles the day-to-day tasks associated with work orders for electrical and PDM associates. This person is also responsible for scheduling, insuring timekeeping is accurate and interfaces with the plant Production leadership team to insure that equipment uptime is optimized.


Responsibilities:
+ Establish associate work schedules by working closely with the Maintenance Planners and Operations.
+ Mentor and provide technical support to develop the skills of maintenance personnel in area of responsibility.
+ Monitor, analyze, and review equipment performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
