Overview

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Role: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor – Plant (Full‑time, Oil & Energy industry). The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within a plant, industrial, or large operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and perform maintenance of plant electrical equipment to ensure availability, reliability, integrity, and safe operation.
• Ensure required manpower, tools, spare parts, equipment, permits, and technical resources are available for electrical maintenance execution.
• Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Follow up task progress, inspect work quality, and prepare reports to ensure maintenance jobs are completed safely, correctly, and on time.
