Your role will also involve troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits and installing electrical and electronic controls on machines by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints. A strong knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems is essential, as is the ability to perform basic mechanical repairs.
