Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Motion Control, Electrical Hardware, and Electrical Design teams, providing both people and technical leadership.
  • Define overall technical direction for motion control systems and electrical hardware architecture for semiconductor equipment.
  • Guidemotion control modelling, control algorithms, and system analysis for high-speed, high-precision applications.
  • Oversee electrical schematic design, power electronics, motor drivers, and controlboards.
  • Support new product development from concept, design, prototype, Alpha/Beta testing through product release.
  • Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and schedule targets.
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Review and approve key technical designs and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop team capability through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
