• Plan and execute electrical maintenance and project activities
• Manage FMEA processes and risk mitigation actions
• Implement and follow MPD requirements
• Supervise contractors and field teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Monitor equipment performance and resolve issues
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
• Prepare reports and track project progress
