Job Responsibilities & Duties Perform diverse production tasks, including assembly, processing, and packaging of electrical appliance products according to daily production schedules. Follow Work Instructions (WI) strictly and operate production tools and equipment proficiently. Maintain a high level of adaptability be ready to rotate workstations or assist in different departments as assigned by the supervisor to ensure workflow continuity. Adhere strictly to the approved first article sample validated by the Quality Inspector throughout the production process. Perform self-inspection on your own output and check the quality of incoming parts from the previous operation before processing. Handle all products with care to prevent stains, scratches, or dents. Immediately report abnormalities and rework defective products promptly to ensure no defects enter the finished goods area.
